By downloading or using Dream Loft ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Dream Loft is a personal dream journaling application that lets you record, analyze, and explore your dreams. The App is operated by Kasper Chen ("we", "us").
Dream Loft is free to download and use. Free users can store up to 10 visible dream entries and receive a limited AI analysis for each dream.
Dream Loft Pro is an optional premium subscription that unlocks additional features including:

Free trial: Annual subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. The free trial period begins when you confirm your subscription in the App. You will not be charged during the free trial period.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge will be made within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
If you start a free trial and do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be charged for the subscription. To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you of any price changes through the App or via email before the change takes effect.
You retain full ownership of the dream journal entries you create in the App. Your data is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers. You are responsible for backing up your data. If you delete the App or clear app data, your journal entries will be permanently lost.
AI-generated dream analyses are provided for personal reflection and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

The App is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI analyses will be accurate or useful.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
